Marshmallow Fondant
Maybe it is because I have an ancient sunbeam mixer but this just did not mix well and was a mess. My mixer could not mix it. Should have tried some of suggestions but doubt it would have helped. We also weren't to crazy about the taste once we did get it mixed up.

Blackberry BBQ Sauce
I used Chinese five spice since I didn't have cayenne pepper to give it some spice. This worked well since it is an ingredient used in plum chicken. I cut down on the ketchup since others suggested it and was glad I did. I also added some honey as well. It turned out really well. My family enjoyed it.

Jo-Ann's Power Bars
Well, I added chocolate chips and dried cranberries and left out the nuts. The kids absolutely loved these. I was surprised and it is a nice healthy snack for them. Highly reccommend.
