Hot Buttered Rum Batter
I like to make this right before Thanksgiving and use it all winter. The first time I had it I used regular rum, it was good but the spiced rum is a lot better. This is also great topped with French Vanilla Cool Whip, I hope it is back in the stores this Holiday season.

Sangria! Sangria!
This is a great base recipe, you can add any fruit you like and it still tatest great! I would agree with other reviews that throwing this together and letting it "marinate" overnight is key to the outcome.

BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
I do this with chicken breast in the crock-pot. I followed some of the advice I read here and just threw all the ingrediants in together--I didn't even thaw the chicken. It came out great!
