Swiss Chicken Casserole II

Awesome recipe. I added red wine, it was all I had. The color was a bit off, but tasted great. With the wine, the recipe is 5.5 Stars, without wine, the recipe gets 5 stars.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Best meatloaf I have ever had. I topped mine with bbq sauce. Also chopped up the leftovers and used them as a topping for nachos!

Italian Butter

I would give this recipe "0" stars due to the fact that my bread intake has increased ten-fold since I first made this stuff and I am having one heck of a time maintaining any sort of reasonable diet now. In all seriousness, this is an awesome recipe don't change a thing, you will not be disappointed.

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

This recipe is a great one. I made a few minor adjustments out of laziness. Used canned tomatoes, dried basil, etc... However, it still came out great. This would go great with garlic bread and red wine.

Hearty Vegetable Lasagna

Awesome recipe. I love Lasagna but my Wife is more or less a veterinarian. So I never get to make lasagna... Until I found this recipe, I made it this evening and it was great. I really enjoyed it and more importantly, my Wife loved it.

Jagerschnitzel

A few years back I spent several months in Germany. This recipe came out very similar to the Schnitzel I had while there. I will most definatley be making this again.
