My name is Mike, I am happily married with no kids. I became interested in cooking when my parents split up and I either had to eat Dad's spaghetti or hot dogs or learn how to cook on my own. Through trial and error I figured out a few things and I genuinely began to enjoy cooking. That was over 20 years ago, I enjoy cooking now more than ever. I enjoy cooking Italian food, bread and anything in a crock pot. None, I like to try new things as much as possible. My Wife and I have recently moved to Portugal.
