I am newly married to my wonderful Christian husband, Jeremy. We travel full-time doing street/campus preaching and witnessing around the US in a 35 ft Winnebago. I have a small kitchen but it works! :-) I am also expecting our first child in November!

Banana Banana Bread
MMMMmmmm Good! I made the following adjustments to make it a bit healthier: 1 extra egg, substitued 1/4 cup of the brown sugar for honey and half of the flour with Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, also added 1 tsp each of nutmeg and cinnamon ('cause I'm a spice nut!) I didn't have any nuts to add, but that would have made it even better. Good staple recipe with room to play with other ingredients.
