Cheesecake Supreme
This turned out sooo much better then I could of imagined. As my first cheesecake and serving it after Christmas dinner i was a little worried but everyone loved it. I did add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and cooked it at 200 for 3 hours then let it cool in the oven for 3 hours and served it 36 hours after cooking it. It wasn't hard just time consuming. But my husband who really doesn't enjoy sweets or desserts ever actually asked me to make this again for his birthday.

Chocolate Cream Pudding
This was sooooo good! I had 2 yolk to use cause I hate to waste food and stumbled on this recipe. I did mix the cornstarch in the milk first and did temper the eggs instead of adding them straight in. I also had cocoa powder 3 tablespoons with 1 tablespoon veg. oil. So I did waver from the original a bit but it was oh sooo good and smooth and creamy!

Sugar Cookie Icing
This recipe was easy work with and made beautiful cookies. I followed the recipe to the letter. I had to add a little extra corn syrup because I walked away from decorating a little longer then expected. I only gave it 4 stars is taste. It is just sweet, which it should be. I think I just prefer butter cream type frosting. *** update*** this frosting tastes much better dried on the cookie then from the bowl****
