I'm a mum/stepmum to 3 teenage boys & 2 teenage girls. My partner is a builder,so he works hard & likes a good meal. The whole family loves food & they say no-one cooks as good as me.( they have to say that).I love spending time with my family camping, motorbike riding & skiing.I love cooking for them & they all cook as well. Chicken dishes, pasta, roasts & BBQ's Each child has a night to help cook & chooses the meal for that night. I have also made them their own recipe books of their favourite meals that I make, right down to things as simple as gravy. I make a pretty mean potato bake & also hamburger patties. The family say they're world famous. My mum & I tried to make Brandy Snaps many years ago & used a wooden spoon to mold them as the recipe required. We were in fits of laughter because we couldn't get them off the handle so they had to be eaten from the handle.
