I love the idea of cooking a good meal for people you love. I recently moved in with my boyfriend and have gone from NEVER cooking, to cooking every day! I absolutely love it. Appetizers. I love to entertain! No one in my family really cooks. I grew up with a single mother in the process of getting her Ph.D., so there were very few home cooked meals! Now that my brothers and I are all grown up, the tradition is to order meals to-go from The Cheesecake Factory! Everything has been a cooking triumph the past few months. Cooking is new to me, but I love trying new and complex recipes and more often than not, they turn out great! Hot oil splashed all over my body while I was cooking parmesan chicken a couple weeks ago. I taped 5 ice packs to my arms, feet, and legs... and somehow finished the meal! :P
