About this Cook
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom told me when i was a little girl that to be a good cook, you can't be afraid to get your hands dirty - and in my hands went into the meatball mixture!

Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake
This was great. I reduced the butter by at least half and added a couple T's of curry powder. I also ran out of honey so I used Agave Nectar which was just fine. I also used a tenderizer hammer and flattened the chicken breasts quite a bit, and after coating in the sauce, I coated it in bread crumbs. I saved a bit of the sauce and drizzled it on top when it was done. Good stuff.

Grilled Zucchini II
Very good! I slice the zucchini on an angle to get long slices, and since I didn't have any dressing I just sprayed then with olive oil, added s&p and bit of garlic powder.

High Altitude Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
I live in Boulder, CO and these are the best cookies I've ever made. They're light and fluffy and soft and just awesome. I took some to work and left them in the break room and they were gone almost immediately - then I over heard someone saying "Did you get one of those cookies?? They were awesome!" This recipe is a keeper for sure. Thanks!
