Pistachio Mallow Salad

We always made this with cottage cheese instead of marshmallows. Still tastes sweet and yummy but a much healthier choice.

Thai Shrimp and Cabbage

This was so yummy! Fast,easy, and inexpensive. Could use for South Beach Diet. I think I'll add a few crushed peanuts as a garnish next time.

Grandma Johnson's Scones

I've been making these for a while and like to add butterscotch chips to them for an extra sweet yummy treat. They are always so delicious, and the kids love um too.
