I like to cook as a pastime (which is always); trying out new recipes is my absolute favorite! People who live with me enjoy that cooking is my hobby. Food makes everything nice and I enjoy a happy party! I love to cook italian pasta dishes. Then serve it with the works, like in an Italian restaurant. Presentation is always impressing. We cook tamales for Christmas. I have never made them on my own but I'm getting better at it every year. I have successfully learned how to make enchiladas; and tasty ones too! When I was younger I tried to make biscuits using a recipe for dumplings over soup (I omitted the soup part). I added the whole amount of baking soda into the 'buscuits' that should have been divided between the dumplings and soup. My sisters claimed they tasted like batteries!
