I was looking for a simple fast recipe and this was perfect. I didn't have ginger so I seasoned with some ginger powder. Tasted fine, but I'm sure real ginger is much better. I also used sesame oil instead of olive oil. I had the trout with plain congee since I was looking for soft food (just got braces). Great recipe for students with little time, but still want to eat healthy!
