Penne with Pink Vodka Sauce
I made this vodka sauce and I have to say it was FANTASTIC!! The next time I make it I'm adding some asparagus as well as chicken.

Awesome Pasta Salad
I made this pasta salad yesterday to bring to a BBQ and I have to say this pasta salad was the hit of the BBQ. It was literally gone within an hour. The only changes that I made were I omitted the pimentos and I added frsh mozzarella. I will DEFINITELY be making this again.

Baked Ziti II
I used this ziti recipe to make ziti for the first time. I actually used my own sauce being that I don't use jar sauce and the next time I would use less ricotta as I felt it had too much. Other than that my husband and daughter loved it and there was SO MUCH left over.
