Yummy! This was so easy to make and so good! I definetly will make again.

Tasty Fried Eggplant Balls
I thought the balls were too mushy and greasy. I'm not sure if it was the cheese or the grease. I will not be making this again.

Easy Fried Eggplant
This was very good. I did add almost all of the packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix into my egg to add a little flavor. I also used salt and pepper on my eggplant prior to dipping in the egg.
