Rhubarb Pudding
I loved this recipe. I didn't have buttermilk so used what I had (2%) and I substituted a generous amount of cinnamon for the nutmeg. it was fantastic hot with vanilla ice cream. Will definately make this again and again!

Pineapple Dream Dessert
I loved this recipe although I omitted the marshmallows. I made it several times with pineapple and recently tried it with strawberries and it was fantastic! thanks!

Banana Cream Pie V
i have used this recipe "as is" several times and it was really good. today i deleted the bananas and added 1 cup sweetened shredded cocoanut to the custard and it was fantastic! really easy and tastes great! thanks!
