This soup is WONDERFUL!!!!!! Very easy to make, and delicious!! I took the advice of one reviewer, and used Ole Rida frozen potatoes, and it turned out wonderfully, and spead up prep time. As others have reported, it only served 2 adults, but was just fine for hubby and me. EXCELLENT! NO NEED TO SEARCH FOR ANOTHER POTOATO SOUP RECIPE!

This recipe is delicious! It will be the last zucchini bread recipe I search for -- by far my favorite, and I love the addition of the chocolate chips and sour cream! YUM! I made 1 loaf, and 3 mini loafs. My big loaf cracked in half, and the bottom was left in the pan, so following the advice of another reviewer, next time I will better grease and flour my pan. Also, I only baked around 1 hour.

Delicious! I used pink lemonaid instead for a girl's baby shower. I did not float the fruit in the bowl, instead I froze lemons and oranges into my ice ring, and it turned out great! Everyone LOVED it. One note -- the sparkling cider is a little difficult to find. I usually buy Martinelli's brand, but it turns out, places like Walmart only carry it during Christmas and New Years.
