Red Potato Salad
Meh. I made this with yogurt and cut back on dill (my husband doesn't prefer dill). Kind of blah. Guess I'm used to the zestier, mustardier variety. Easy recipe though.

Joy's Prizewinning Trifle
So, so good and practically fool proof. Do prepare the jello per the box before adding to the recipe. Too dry otherwise.

Red River Beef Stroganoff
Pretty darn good. Add mushrooms. You can kind of use this recipe as a base and add/subtract ingredients for different taste.
