Creamy Sweet Potato With Ginger Soup
Added curry and cumin. LOVED This! I make it quite often changing up ingredents. All in the ways, they still all turn out fabulous. I do cook potatoes night before in oven or mic to speed the process.

5-Minute Guacamole
Make this all the time. Quick and my husband (who loves guac) said it was one of the best he's tasted. Added lime juice per reviews.

Jalapeno Chicken II
Loved this! Since come of the mixture from inside oozed out, we spooned it on top. Now we decided to do add topping every time.
