I'm 25 years old and loving life. Living with my boyfriend and his two children I cook more now than ever. I don't cook because I have to, I cook because I want to and like to. If throwing dinner parties weren't so stressful and cost so much money I would have more. This is from a girl who would run in the other direction if was asked to help out in the kitchen when younger. I love to bake and lately I have been making cheesecakes and spanish food alot. But it's time to switch it up a little. Every year growing up we always had a big feast for Saint Patricks Day... And I would love to start some of my own traditions with my family! And of course keeping with the old. My family is really big on the whole saint patricks day dinner. Just look at my moms family all blonde hair and blue eyes!! Well my mom finally let me do the dinner at my house. Corn beef and all the fixings. Everything came out so tasty and my corned beef was so tender when i picked it up it broke into pieces! I can't wait to this dinner years to come. I just moved into my condo and I had an electric stove which I have never cooked on one before. Well I decided to be nice and make my boyfriend eggplant parmesan for dinner. I was moving the pan with the hot oil in it when a little and i mean a little spilt out and caught the whole stove on fire!!!!! Thank goodness my roomate was there to help me. Yeah my house now has a gas stove!!!
