Cream Cheese Frosting II
This frosting was SOOOOO good. It was amazing. I halfed the recipe and used it for a two layer round carrot cake, and it was still too much. Next time maybe I would even make 1/4 of the recipe.

Lemon Cake with Lemon Filling and Lemon Butter Frosting
I didn't make the cake or filling, but made the frosting for a different cake and I thought it was amazing. I am making this again for sure!

Acorn Squash
This is a delicious recipe and looks really preety too when serving it. Usually I don't eat squash, but I loved this. Best of all it was so easy to prepare and everyone enjoyed it. It sort of tasted like Thanksgiving sweet potatoes. I think I would make it again.
