Funny, I didn't like these fresh out of the oven like I normally do, but the next day they were to die for. Texture was great, flavor came through like gangbusters!

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

I am the all-time worst pizza dough maker. I mess up every dough, even frozen. Well, not any more! This made the BEST pizza dough ever! It was a little strange when I put it on the pan, but came out beautifully thin and crispy. Unbelievable! I will now make a lot more homemade pizza! I can't thank you enough!

Beefy Rice Salad Sandwiches

This was great served cold on a spinach topped toasted whole wheat bagel bread. I doubled the rice and avocado, and just used a roasted red pepper and parmesan vinegarette. I added the tomato to the salad. Delightful! Thanks!

Mexican Meatloaf

Hands down, the BEST meatloaf recipe out there. This will please even the meatloaf haters! The only downside to this recipe is that it is a little difficult to roll, otherwise, dynamite! Keep em coming!

South Of The Sea Chicken and Bananas

I did not like this at all. My husband found the first bite to be a little strange, but stated that the flavor grew on him and got better the more he ate. He said the chicken was really moist. I think the sweetness just did me in. Sorry, not a fan.

Pesto Tuna Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Hats off to the creator of this, girl you ROCK!!! I am not even a fan of tuna, but this was fabulous. I served on little garlic parmesan italian toast, and it was to die for. I can't wait to try it with pasta! Thanks again! Oh, I nearly forgot, I did add some pine nuts, cause I love them, and cut back on the mayo. DIVINE!!

Fresh Rhubarb Bread Pudding

LOVED THIS! The tang of the rhubarb really makes it sing. I didn't have any walnuts, so I used pecans and didn't mind a bit. Thanks for a great way to use up that old bread!!

Original Homemade Italian Beef

Amazing! A kicked up roast! I made this in my pressure cooker, added the pepperoncini early. What great flavor! Served on a kaiser roll with lots of peppers and a slice of mozzarella or provolone.

Cereal Yogurt Bars

YUMMY! These are fantastic and the possibilities are endless! I used Quaker Strawberry and Mango cereal with blueberry yogurt and doubled the recipe while still using the smaller pan to make a nice thick bar. Super easy, even kids can prepare. Great recipe! Thanks!
