I have two girls and a wonderful man at home. I love to make desserts and comfort foods. We always have pork and sauerkraut with mashed potatoes and corn for New Years and my grandmothers Cheesy Peas on Holidays. All of my favorite foods growing up are now my responsibility to cook. My mother won't make most of our traditional foods now because I have mastered them, it can be a bit of a pain but I'm proud to have the honor. I tend to make a lot out of nothing, I experiment frequently and that doesn't always go well, but I can usually save just about any dish.
