I love to bake and cook for my family and friends. I enjoy trying new recipes and Allrecipes.com is my favorite website. I am a wife and mom of 2 wonderful boys and a beautiful daughter in-law. WE also have 4 dogs and 2 cats and love them like they are our children. My favorite to do is baking. I love to try new things and put my own twist on them. We even make dog bones for the kids (dogs) and they love them. I love to cook Italian and my hubbie loves any dish with Sausage in it. I have always been able to put my own twist on recipes and create some of my own. My mother was a stay at home mom and she was always baking and we could smell it when we were walking home from School. I love to cook for family as my mom did for us. I have really branched out to lots of different styles of cooking. I have also started to add more spice and heat to my menus. I feel quite comfortable cooking just about anything with the exception of Prime Rib which I have never tried yet as I am afraid to ruin it and I also like mine more on the well side and everyone tells me that it ruins it unless it is rare..... I have had the typical flour and powdered sugar blow ups in the mixer and burnt food...... I really don't remember a terrible tragedy.
