I am an average everyday joe thats has a lot of passion for what I enjoy in life. I love to cook and create new recipes. My reward for my efforts is to see the expression on peoples faces once they taste my newest recipe or an old favorite. For an instant all the stressors that life can throw at you is erased in exchange for delicious cuisine for a moment. BLISS! I really don't have a favorite. I enjoy cooking everything, but if put on the spot, I would have to say that I am especially proud of my own special chili recipe. Everyone I cook it for seems to honostly savor every spicy bite... My family came from Budapest, Hungary over a century ago and I still have a few of the old country recipes passed down from my grandmother I prize. Chili and oh yea, did I mention that I am the grill master?! Hahaha! Some may disagree, but it makes me feel better to say that... The tragedies are numerous, but that only makes for better things to come. Trial and error, what can I say? Perfection is impossible. Everybody has a different palate and you cant please everybody. You gotta find a happy medium...
