Sour Cream Coffee Cake III
How did this recipe get so many rave reviews? I can only imagine that it was due to brilliant chefs who adapted the recipe and achieved better results than I did (making the cake as the recipe direct). Very bland, and kind of soggy (yes, I _did_ bake it long enough). Perhaps it needs more baking powder? It did not have a nice texture and the decent flavor wasn't enough to make up for that failing.
