Smothered Bacon Chicken
I made this for my husband and very picky teen daughter and they loved it! My daughter even requested that I make this for her special birthday dinner in 6 weeks. The flavors combined beautifully, although I did up the temp to 400 for the last 10 minutes to crisp the bacon a tad. This one is definitely a keeper for us.

Apricot Balls
Great recipe. I don't like pecans (as someone else had used) so I added about half a cup chopped almonds. This is a bit messy to make but delicious and a fantastic find for when it's too hot to use my oven.

Easy Peach Crisp I
This was delicious! I did use less sugar as I had seen other people suggest, and I needed to increase oven temp to 400 and cooking time to 45 minutes to get the brownness and bubbling that it's supposed to have. My kids literally fell over each other all the way into the kitchen to get a bowl of this. I can't wait to try this with other fruits like fresh apples....yum, yum!
