Baked Haddock

Tasty and easy recipe for fish. The tartar sauce recipe is great! I think 30 minutes is a long time to bake the fish, mine was done in about half the time.

Fantastic! I don't have a bread machine so I followed the directions suggested by others and they turned out great. My family said: they were BETTER than Cinnabon because they weren't hard or dry at all and that the whole thing was like the middle which is the best part! Definately a keeper.

Beef Paprika

This was a very good meal. My very picky eater husband said it was a keeper and that's quite a complement. I prepared it on the stove top and served it over rice. Everyone was very complementary

Roasted Cajun Potatoes

I made these tonight and my family LOVED them. I followed the advice of others and baked for almost an hour making them nice and crispy. I used a scant 1/4 tsp of cayenne and they really were not spicy at all to me, but I like spicy. I will definately make these again.
