This was a very good meal. My very picky eater husband said it was a keeper and that's quite a complement. I prepared it on the stove top and served it over rice. Everyone was very complementary

I made these tonight and my family LOVED them. I followed the advice of others and baked for almost an hour making them nice and crispy. I used a scant 1/4 tsp of cayenne and they really were not spicy at all to me, but I like spicy. I will definately make these again.
