Rich Chocolate Frosting

Really good frosting. Had a nice chocolate flavor. Gave 4 stars because it didn't really have the shine factor that some other frosting's have, was kinda dull and dry looking.

Aussie Chicken

This chicken is AWESOME!!! I made it for dinner last night and everyone loved it. I was worried about the sweetness because my husband doesn't like sweet meats but the flavor was amazing and my husband raved about it. I didn't put in the corn syrup as I didn't have any but didn't think it needed it. The sauce was the perfect combination of sweet and tangy without it. Will be making this one again for sure!!

Churros

I loved these! The kids loved them too! Very simple and quick to make when you are craving a yummy treat. I didn't have a pastry bag or tip so I used a heavy duty freezer bag with a tip cut off to squeeze my dough through. It worked great, although they weren't as light an airy as the type that are squeezed through a pastry tip. Very good with a cup of hot tea.

I liked this a lot. It was very rich and tasty. I added some minced garlic and parsley. Mixed in some grilled chicken and tossed noodles.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

This was so good! I buy a similar salad kit at the store but it can't beat this. The dressing was incredible and I even cut down on the sugar. Will make again for sure!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Never had pumpkin bread before but this was the best thing I have tasted in a while. So moist and fragrant. I added chocolate chips to it and they just make the flavor wonderful!
