Chicken Paprikash I
Very Very greasy and took almost an hour and ten to cook. I followed exactly-even REAL paprika. The sour cream did not mesh with all the grease from chicken skin. If using bone in chicken as I did maybe remove the skin??

Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken
I really thought this would be better. I love lemon with anything. This just didn't mesh with the heavy cream and broth. I may use this recipe and just omit the lemons. The only think I could taste was bitter lemons. No one in my house had more than 1 bite.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I thought this was fantastic. I seared 3lb brisket for meat. Also, added merlot, beef ls beef broth and bay leaf. I used cornstarch to thicken (skim oil from top) and served with garlic mashed....everyone loved it.
