Garlic Chicken

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Just made this. I added a little extra olive oil and one more garlic clove. put salt and pepper on chicken then the rest. I also used chicken tenders b/c that is what I had thawed out. they came out soooo moist and everyone loved it

Apple Butter Pork Loin
really good. I used apple cider instead of the juice b/c I forgot to buy apple juice. then as one other poster mentioned, I mixed additional apple butter in with the cooked juiced at the end and scooped it over once on the plate.
