Spanish Rice II
I made this last night, and it was very easy and tasty. I did saute the rice after the veggies had been in the pan a few minutes and I added 1/2 tsp cumin to the spices.
Other reviewers said to add chicken broth or bacon grease, but the extra fat is not worth it, it's good as is.
