i made these and used slightly less oatmeal oats and they came out very good. they are not too sweet but are not flavorless either. very subtle. my husband is not a big sweets junkie, but my son and i are and each of us had at least a few. :-)

Excellent. My husband and I just had our 4 Year Wedding Anniversary and this is all he asked for. It was absolutely YUMMY! I am definitely making this again. It takes a bit of time (cooking time), but preparation is super easy and really quick. I highly recommend this!

I made this last night and for it being my first time, it came out AWESOME! I substituted Rice with Italian Breadcrumbs and added a little Worcester Sauce. It did fall apart a little, so next time I will not use as much Italian Breadcrumbs, other than that, by the time dinner was done, the entire meatload was gone. Huge hit and I will definitely be making it again!
