Sun-Dried Tomato and Bow Tie Pasta
I loved this. I took advice of other reviewer and made fresh pesto with fresh basil, pine nuts and parm cheese. I also used sun dried tomatoes and omitted the extra oil.

Pesto Chicken Florentine
My husband, picky eater who hates trying new food, LOVED this. My two year old loved it too. It was great. I listened to other reviewers and doubled the garlic and spinach. I also added baby portabello mushrooms. It was even better the second day.

Roast Beef with Coffee
This was great. I added a can of beef broth, salt and pepper and half an onion because I wanted a lot of gravy. The meat was extremely tender.
