The best carrot cake recipe EVER - I did take a shortcut and use already cut matchstick carrots, but that's a preference, it makes the cake a bit heartier. Other than that I did not change a thing on the cake recipe, my family thinks it's the best carrot cake (kids say cake in general) I've ever made. For the frosting I used Cream Cheese Frosting II because I like a more cream cheese frosting on carrot cake.

Fabulous Wet Burritos

Excellent burritos, the sauce is great. I did add one package of cooked taco rice to the filling, but that's the only change I made (personal preference, I like rice in burritos) and it would have been 5 stars without it too.

Fresh Ginger Cookies

I have made these for a few years now, they are my families favorite cookie ever! I bake from scratch as a rule and have tried dozens and dozens of cookie recipes, this one is the top of my list. The cookie is amazing, complex with perfectly blended flavors. Thank you for the recipe!

Creamiest Rice Pudding

I've made this recipe for three years now, still the best rice pudding ever. I cook for about half an hour longer and add a bit more vanilla to it. I get so many compliments, it really is the "perfect" rice pudding.
