The best carrot cake recipe EVER - I did take a shortcut and use already cut matchstick carrots, but that's a preference, it makes the cake a bit heartier. Other than that I did not change a thing on the cake recipe, my family thinks it's the best carrot cake (kids say cake in general) I've ever made. For the frosting I used Cream Cheese Frosting II because I like a more cream cheese frosting on carrot cake.

Excellent burritos, the sauce is great. I did add one package of cooked taco rice to the filling, but that's the only change I made (personal preference, I like rice in burritos) and it would have been 5 stars without it too.
