Im a Fireman from Dorset, UK. I was born in Shaftesbury, My dad is a farmer, but is also a qualified chef in authentic Thai cooking, which is where I get my love for Thai food from, that and ive been to Thailand 5 times traveling north and south. Im engaged to the most beuatiful woman in the world, she is my inspriation, she loves my cooking. The only down side to that I guess is im always in the bloody kitchen!

My all time favorite food is thai! I cook every dish i come across and adjust it to how i like it, I like spice so its always add one more chilli!
