After completing college, I married my college sweetheart. I started working full time in a rewarding but challenging field (nursing). My husband and I then proceeded to start a family. We had three kids in five years. Life has never been the same. All praise to my Lord Jesus for showing me the way to succeed. I go in streaks. One week, I'll cook casseroles. The next week I cook from the crock pot. I like anything easy. I don't want to be left with a sinkful of dishes at the end of the meal. I guess one dish meals are my fave.
