Hot Pizza Dip

Agree with previous posters - microwaved the pepperoni and omitted the green pepper. I used Ital seasoning instead of the spices which is basically the same thing. No leftovers will make again.

Cornbread Salad I

This recipe is great! I agree with others is very pretty layered in trifle bowl. We make this a lot in the summer time. I follow the recipe exactly as it states.

I did as others recommended 1 can cream of mushroom and 1 can cream of chicken, instead of the boulion cubes/water, I just used chicken broth. I added a couple of tablespoons of sour cream and only did three chicken breast b/c the ones I bought were pretty big. I also threw in some frozen peas/carrots. It turned out great. I will be making this again.
