Ricotta Gnocchi
I almost doubled the amount of flour that was given in the recipe, in order to make the dough not so sticky. Also, I felt that the parmezan was not tasted in the gnocchi. I will try it once again, with more parmezan. All in all it was OK, but maybe not suitable to my taste.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
I skipped the thyme and parsley,adn kept only the spicy ingredients. It didn't turn out too spicy, though. Great recipe, for a different taste of chicken. I served it with lemon risotto.

Beer and Brown Sugar Steak Marinade
Very good idea for marinade! I used woster sauce instead of teriyaki, following the idea I read in another comment. Also, easy to prepare
