Kyle's Favorite Beef Stew
This stew was so good that my husband has had nothing but for the last four nights! I didn't make it in the crockpot because I had time to let it simmer and sometimes the crockpot makes things taste bland to me. I used a more tender cut of meat (beef sirloin tips) and just let it simmer until the vegetables were done. I didn't use the wine, but used two cans of beef broth. It took less than an hour and a half to make.

Jim's Macaroni Salad
My mother always made a macaroni salad that tasted like this. She got the recipe from her Danish grandmother. I made the recipe as called for, but doubled the dressing. I also added cheddar cheese instead of American. I wasn't going to put in the eggs, but am so glad that I did! A nice touch. I will make Macaroni Salad from this recipe from now on!

Southwestern Haystacks
My husband and my son and room mates really liked this. I put sliced olives and chopped tomatoes and green onions out along with the cheese as toppers. A great recipe to make for company!
