Date Flecked Orange Muffins
I made these muffins in kid-size mini muffin tins for my picky son who doesn't like anything and he devoured 3 or 4 of them! I made some adult size ones too and me and my husband were impressed also. I have made these about 5 or 6 times now. They are a family favourite. I usually make them with 1 cup of white flour and 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour to make them healthier.

Chocolate Buttermilk Cake
This is the best chocolate cake recipe! My whole family loves it! I have made it about 3 times now. When I make it, I make 2/3 of the recipe (8 servings) and make it in a 9x13 rectangular pan, or a molded pan that I have that looks like a flower. I use light buttermilk and I frost it with canned chocolate frosting because canned frosting has less fat and calories than the homemade kind. It always turns out great and tastes awesome!

Best Burger Ever
These were the most awesomest burgers ever! But I used cracker crumbs instead of oatmeal, and I added 1 teaspoon of barbecue sauce for extra flavor.
