I come from a long line of Southern women - you feed people when they show up at your house. I have an Aunt that shared with me at a young age the fun that can be had in a kitchen trying new recipes and different dishes. Anything Mexican, Texas BBQ, Cuban, Chinese and Lebanese and anything else that I think will be loved by family or guests. I love baking - pastries, cakes, pies and sweet treats. Good old fashioned Southern Fried Chicken with mash potatoes and gravy for the men folk and a big pot of chicken n dumplin's for the kids. Breakfast Brunch for forty guests and my hollandaise sauce was perfect! Cat ate fillet mignon that were marinating!
