BBQ Chicken Calzones

Used rotisserie chicken to make this a super quick weeknight dinner. Makes a lot of filling. I recommend using two tubes of dough. Delicious.

Super easy and quick for a weeknight dinner. Used one package of crescent rolls and had half the filling leftover though. Just enough to feed all of us with no leftovers. Definitely will make this again!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

AWESOME! So easy since the chicken goes in frozen. I used ranch salad dressing from the bottle since I didn't have dry mix and it came out so delicious and moist. The chicken practically fell apart. Yum!

Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets

Simple and tasty. Brushed fish with olive oil and covered with bread crumb/dressing mixture. Baked at 375 for 30 minutes and it wasn't crunch or crisp but cooked through.

Very tasty! Used only 2 cans of beans and it was still a lot of food. Added 1 oz. of shredded low fat cheddar and 2TBSP of non-fat sourcream to each serving - delicious!

Deluxe Cheeseburger Melt (lighter recipe)

Super simple and pretty tasty! I substituted diced red peppers and yellow onion for mixed veggies. Next time will try green peppers, mushrooms, etc. Crust is a little thin and stuck even though I sprayed the pan.
