Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Used this as the inside icing layer for a double layer 'Too Much Chocolate Chocolate Cake' The Frosting was fluffy and had good peanut butter flavor.

Cream Cheese Cookie Cups

I used less powdered sugar than the recipe called for. They were just perfect mixture of cream cheese and sweetness. I doubled the filling and made 36 cookies. I will definitely make this again. Super easy and looked great!

Chilled Marinated Asparagus

I used 2 Tbsp olive oil and added the lemon zest to the marinade. I also put the asparagus into cold water after cooking. They were bright green and yummy!

Treasure Cookies

Sooo good! Really different than any other cookie that I have made. I liked the combination of chocolate, coconut and pecans. I followed the recipe as written. I had a hard time with them sticking to the baking sheet and used a Silpat,,,,,works like a charm!

Bacon and Roquefort Stuffed Burgers

White Chip Chocolate Cookies

I followed suggestions made by other reviewers. I used 2/3 c. both brown and white sugar. I also used 2 1/4 c. flour and baked 10 min at 375. The cookies turned out chewy and delicious. They also held their shape well. I will definitely make this one again!

Sweetheart Brownie Sundae

Used a jumbo muffin tin. Brownie layer on the bottom, added the ice cream (let it soften for a bit) and then another layer of brownie. Covered with plastic wrap and back into the freezer for a few hours. Dipped bottom of pan into hot water for a few seconds to loosen up and top with chocolate sauce and cream. Really pretty and yummy!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Cake Balls

I used 3/4 of the can of frosting. Brought these to a work function and they were gone in no time. There are some really good techniques on the Bakerella.com website for a smooth chocolate coating and different decorating ideas. Check it out!
