I used 8oz of canned lump crabmeat. I added 2 tbsp of minced garlic in the butter and also added a couple of teaspoons of Old Bay. Next time I will use even more garlic and maybe add some cayenne pepper. I might also use Indian spices or Thai spices next time to put an "ethnic" twist on these. However, it was a huge hit at the party! If you try this recipe, I definitely suggest trying to flavour it up more but it is an awesome base recipe.
