Basil Chicken over Angel Hair
I used 6 cloves of garlic and ~1 cup of chopped onion. I added 2-3 tablespoons of crushed tomatoes for more body. I did end up having to add a pinch of salt and sugar to balance out all the flavours. The sauce was wonderfully light and fragrant - but the chicken was really bland. Next time, I will marinate the chicken breast in Italian dressing and grill it. I also thought it could use more fresh basil. A great base recipe and I appreciate how easy it was to modify ingredients to my taste without screwing up the recipe. Thank you :-)

Roasted Lemon Herb Chicken
It was ok - not flavourful enough for me. I think it would have been much better if marinated overnight (or at least for a few hours). Good basic recipe though! Thank you.

Meatball Sandwich
I served it on loaves of garlic bread and it just upped the flavour to a new level. Delicious and quick!
