This was a very tasty burger. The cheese combination was interesting. The blue cheese was a bit overpowering, so next time will use less, it may have been my mistake. Will make again, with a little tweaking, less blue, a little less jalepenos, so that it won't be too "hot" for guests that aren't that fond of spicy. Maybe anaheims.

Liked this recipe as I never have chocolate squares the other recipes call for. Do not over bake, as it is hard to tell how they are doing with such a dark color. The minute I saw cracking on the top I took them out for a chewy moist cookie.

Easy and impressive! I actually cut the recipe down to three servings, and used a muffin pan for individual servings (which made six muffin cup sizes. I used a little more graham crackers for more of a crust. The cooking time was much shorter. Took them out just as the tops started to crack. I also made a little extra apricot topping and dripped it over the edges. They were very refreshing and pleasing in appearance.
