Chicken with Grape Tomatoes and Fried Basil
Definitely would NOT fry the basil next time. It makes it super dry, oily, and pretty flavorless. Other than that I liked the recipe.

Shepherd's Pie VI
I followed others advice and put in some Worsteshire with the ground beef (though not quite 1/4 cup, but next time I will omit the ketchup. It gave it a bit of a sweet flavor. Still, I loved it!

Cream of Pumpkin Soup
Fantastic. Made it for recipe club and it was a big hit. I followed others advice and used a little cayenne and some brown sugar in the soup. Also, I used fat free half and half instead of cream and it worked very well.
