Tomato Vodka Sauce
This is a wonderful recipe. I also added more cream (another 1/2 cup) and vodka (another 1/8 cup) as well as a few shakes of dried basil. The recipe on its own is great, but with the simple changes it was SUPERB!

Gnocchi I
I'm a first time gnocchi cook, and I was nervous that I'd make a mistake, but this recipe was super yummy and super easy the first time I tried it. My husband is very particular about his Italian food, and he also thought it was just the cat's pajamas.

Fresh Strawberry Pie I
This is an easy and delicious desert for any summer evening. The part that took the longest was the baking of the pie shell itself. I highly recommend this desert to anyone and everyone. I had plenty of filling for two pies. Big hit!!!
