I love cooking. I've only learned from the best. Mom and Grandma.... I come from Italy and I might move back one day but for now I stay here. I started learning English when I was 3 so I speak it as fluent as your normal American. I'm not quite sure what to write.. so I guess that's it.

Snow Flake Cocoa
Oh it was sooo good.... I know it may be the end of May, but I just got back from a vacation and it was freezing there! So I looked up some special recipes for hot cocoa (since we were staying with family, it was easy to get what we needed) and it was soooooo good.

Toffee Caramel Squares
Didn't really like it.. I think it would have been better had the "cookie" crust not just been butter, flour, and sugar. The filling wasn't that great either......
